Taste from many and what you like buy to take home."
Also if you want to buy Japanese beer in Perth, i.e. real craft beer from Japan, not the locally made under license or imported from China/Thailand/New Zealand etc, then this is a great time to sample and buy "Yamaguchi Kogan" the Japanese craft beer from Yamaguchi prefecture in southern Japan.
(Note: You don't have to book - it's just quicker when you get there and you are assured of getting in if we are packed out. Entry is free but if you want to taste you need to buy a 'wristband' for $15. This gives you up to 10 tastes. (Some super premium sake require 2 tokens). So if you are bringing a 'driver' then they don't have to pay to get in.)
